What is the Property Owners Association?
All homeowners are members of the Fleetwood West Property Owners Association (FWPOA). The association has a Board consisting of homeowner volunteers.
Volunteers have actively supported our neighborhood association since our inception in 1978. We have a great Board which cares about keeping our neighborhood attractive, safe, and financially sound while keeping our association fees as low as possible for our homeowners. FWPOA conducts an annual meeting at the beginning of the year where homeowners vote on budgets and have an opportunity to discuss ideas for the year going forward.
