Welcome to Fleetwood West, a neighborhood of 90 patio and single-family homes located on the western edge of the Memorial Residential Area, in the heart of the Houston Energy Corridor. Fleetwood West is located south of Memorial Drive at Highway 6, and just north of the separate Fleetwood neighborhood of some 450 single-family properties.
Green Space: Most Fleetwood West homes were built in the late 1970s and 1980s. Since then, our trees and area landscaping have matured, providing the neighborhood with a welcoming green canopy and attractive outdoor spaces in the common areas. Terry Hershey and George Bush parks are nearby and offer scenic walking and biking trails.
Schools: Fleetwood West is located in the Katy Independent School District, and many of our youth attend Wolfe Elementary, Memorial Parkway Junior High and Taylor High. Please explore Katy ISD website to learn more about our school district.

A super neighborhood is a geographically designated area where residents, civic organizations, institutions and businesses work together to identify, plan, and set priorities to address the needs and concerns of their community. Fleetwood West is in Super Neighborhood 16 which serves the West Memorial area. It is bounded approximately by: I-10 to the North; Buffalo Bayou to the South; SH 6 to the West; and the incorporated Villages of Hedwig, Bunker Hill and Piney Point to the East. The Super Neighborhood program is sponsored by the City of Houston.
